How we deliver

How ForceFolks delivers Salesforce — the FORCE Framework

Insight

ForceFolks delivers Salesforce with the FORCE Framework — five phases: Frame (discovery and architecture), Orchestrate (data and integration), Realize (configuration, build, and AI), Certify (QA, security, and DevOps), and Evolve (go-live, adoption, and managed AI). It de-risks delivery and turns Salesforce into a working operating platform.

Phase by phase

What happens in each phase

F — Frame

Discovery, outcomes, and architecture.

  • Outcome & process mapping
  • Org & data audit
  • Solution blueprint
  • Costed roadmap

O — Orchestrate

Data and integration design.

  • Data model & security
  • System-of-record rules
  • MuleSoft / API design
  • Data Cloud grounding

R — Realize

Configure, build, and add AI.

  • Configuration & Flow
  • Apex & LWC
  • Agentforce & Einstein
  • Data migration

C — Certify

Quality, security, and release.

  • QA & UAT
  • Security & sharing review
  • DevOps / CI-CD (Copado)
  • AI evaluation

E — Evolve

Go-live and continuous value.

  • Controlled go-live
  • Adoption & training
  • Managed services
  • AI & roadmap maturity
Quality & governance

How we keep delivery on track

  • Architecture-led — the data model and security are designed before the build.
  • Source control & CI/CD — every change is versioned and tested (incl. Copado).
  • Security & sharing review — least-privilege access designed in, not bolted on.
  • AI evaluation — Agentforce grounded and tested before it reaches users.
  • Defined success metrics — adoption, data quality, cycle time, and cost-to-serve.
  • Documentation & handover — you own a maintainable platform, not a black box.
Engagement

Ways to run a FORCE engagement

Pick one model, or blend them as the work changes.

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome, timeline, and price after the Frame phase.

Time & materials

Senior capacity billed for actual effort when scope will evolve.

Managed services

Ongoing Evolve-phase delivery from a shared backlog.

Staff augmentation

Embed our architects and specialists in your own team.

Every engagement is led by a senior architect or technical lead and staffed with the consultants, developers, administrators, QA, and DevOps the work actually needs — not a rotating junior bench.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the FORCE Framework?

It's ForceFolks' Salesforce delivery method: five phases — Frame, Orchestrate, Realize, Certify, Evolve — that take a project from discovery and architecture through build, quality, and go-live, then into continuous improvement and AI maturity.

How long does each phase take?

It depends on scope. Frame (discovery) is often 1–3 weeks; Orchestrate, Realize, and Certify run in iterative sprints; Evolve is ongoing. We set a phased, costed timeline after the Frame phase rather than guessing up front.

Can we start mid-project or from discovery only?

Yes. You can engage just the Frame phase (a discovery), join an in-flight build, or bring us in to Certify and rescue a stalled implementation. The framework flexes to where you are.

Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?

Both. Once the Frame phase defines scope, we can fix price and timeline; for evolving scope, time-and-materials or managed services fit better. See the engagement models above.
