ForceFolks delivers Salesforce with the FORCE Framework — five phases: Frame (discovery and architecture), Orchestrate (data and integration), Realize (configuration, build, and AI), Certify (QA, security, and DevOps), and Evolve (go-live, adoption, and managed AI). It de-risks delivery and turns Salesforce into a working operating platform.
Five phases, from first conversation to a platform that keeps improving. Use the whole framework, or join at any phase.
Discovery, outcomes, and architecture.
Data and integration design.
Configure, build, and add AI.
Quality, security, and release.
Go-live and continuous value.
Pick one model, or blend them as the work changes.
A defined outcome, timeline, and price after the Frame phase.
Senior capacity billed for actual effort when scope will evolve.
Ongoing Evolve-phase delivery from a shared backlog.

It's ForceFolks' Salesforce delivery method: five phases — Frame, Orchestrate, Realize, Certify, Evolve — that take a project from discovery and architecture through build, quality, and go-live, then into continuous improvement and AI maturity.
It depends on scope. Frame (discovery) is often 1–3 weeks; Orchestrate, Realize, and Certify run in iterative sprints; Evolve is ongoing. We set a phased, costed timeline after the Frame phase rather than guessing up front.
Yes. You can engage just the Frame phase (a discovery), join an in-flight build, or bring us in to Certify and rescue a stalled implementation. The framework flexes to where you are.
Both. Once the Frame phase defines scope, we can fix price and timeline; for evolving scope, time-and-materials or managed services fit better. See the engagement models above.
Tell us what you need Salesforce to do. ForceFolks will assess your Clouds, integrations, data, automation, team capacity, and delivery risks — then recommend the fastest path to a working implementation.
