Privacy Policy
ForceFolks uses your contact details and project information to handle your enquiry. Optional source context is stored for the browser tab only after you allow it. Separately, our hosting layer adds Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and loading performance. The footer preferences control our optional source context and interaction events; they do not switch the Cloudflare beacon on or off.
Effective June 2026. This policy describes how ForceFolks ("we", "us") handles personal data for forcefolks.com.
Who we are
ForceFolks is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a Salesforce Consulting Partner and implementation consultancy based at Sokolovská 136a, 186 00 Prague, Czech Republic. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@forcefolks.com.
What data we collect
- Information you submit: when you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, website, Salesforce Clouds in scope, the service or hiring need, your current Salesforce status, timeline, and your message.
- Email correspondence: if you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider may automatically record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Cloudflare website analytics
Our hosting layer adds a Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon to live pages. It sends page-view and page-performance measurements to Cloudflare. This is separate from the optional visit-source context and interaction events described below. The footer preferences do not enable or disable the Cloudflare beacon. How we use your data, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and communicate with you about it. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you, for example our website hosting and form-processing providers, who process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.
Visit-source context with enquiries
When you submit a form, ForceFolks receives the page path, the referring website's hostname and any supported campaign source, medium and campaign tags. These help us understand which pages bring useful enquiries. We do not include the full referrer URL, search terms, URL fragments or arbitrary query parameters in these fields.
By default, this context applies only to the page where you send the enquiry. The footer's Visit-source preference lets you choose to remember it while browsing this tab. We store that limited context in session storage only after you select Allow for this tab. It starts at that point, not before your choice. Select Do not remember to clear it. Browser sessions may be restored by your browser; use this control to withdraw your choice at any time.
This preference controls our stored enquiry context, not Cloudflare website analytics. It does not enable GA4 or advertising tracking. Form details are sent only when you submit an enquiry. Remembered source context is not a complete measurement of your browsing or an AI recommendation.
Optional interaction events
Interaction events are off by default. You can enable them separately through Optional interaction events in the footer. Visit-source consent does not enable them.
Events contain a page path and a fixed action label for selected button clicks, form starts and confirmed submissions. They never contain your answers, email address, full referrer URL or search terms.
These events stay in the current page's local data layer. No analytics service or collection endpoint receives them. Session storage remembers only your event preference after you opt in.
Select Do not record events to stop recording, clear that preference and remove ForceFolks events from the current data layer.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). How we protect your data
ForceFolks delivers to ISO 9001- and SOC 2-aligned standards, with access controls and security designed into how we work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
